For almost a year these people worked on my car. The problem was that the alerts were coming on every time I started my car—tire pressure monitoring, brakes, etc. I had to rent a car for weeks at one point while they ordered (from Germany!) a new electrical harness, $2,000 just for that part. Nothing ever worked. When I finally got my car back, the AC was suddenly destroyed, and I had to get that repaired, another $1000. I noticed a squeak in the front right wheel, took it in and told them, replace the rotor—another $1300 after already paying over $12,000. Suddenly the alerts were gone! It was just a rotor the whole damn time and they could NOT figure it out. They were about to replace the computer! It would have been thousands more! I had to tell them to fix the rotor—shouldn’t they have seen that? Don’t take your car to Rishe’s. They have no clue how to work on an Audi, but they will be happy to keep it for weeks, make you rent a car to survive (while making payments on your car sitting on their lot while they “wait on parts”). They do NOT tell you the truth about what’s going on with your car because they don’t have any idea what they’re doing.

We really appreciate Chris for all his help with our car rental. We flew in for a graduation but unfortunately some clients caused a bit of confusion regarding their rental which delayed us. However Chris handled the situation exceptionally well and went out of his way to help us get our rental. The most incredible part was on our return we were a bit stuck getting to the airport since we couldn’t find any taxi service from the shop but Chris came to get us and took us to the airport on his day off too! We made a reservation and when we went to pick it up the location was closed. They never tried to contact us about it. The person at the auto shop came over and said that this happens regularly. He also said he could see they did not have the sort of car we had reserved even if they were open. This forced us to lose hundreds on a non refundable related travel expenses.
