I recently had my car serviced at Pelham Used Cars & Automotive Center, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and professional service. Greg took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the recommended repairs. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and my car is running better than ever. I appreciate the honesty and transparency of this shop; they didn't try to upsell me on any unnecessary services. The prices were also very reasonable. Greg is meticulous on how he works, and is very knowledgeable about various cars and models. The shop is super clean, and John (the owner) is an honest guy. This is a family owned and operated business and you can tell that they take pride in their work, it shows! Overall, I highly recommend Pelham Used Cars & Automotive Center for any car maintenance or repair needs. Overall, I highly recommend Greg for any car repair needs. On October 30th 2024 I came here to get my car inspected and this establishment brushed me off as if I was bothering them while they were speaking amongst one another , I was told to pull to the side , and I waited close to 15 minutes to be acknowledged. So I just left. I am commuter student at maritime college and I will never come to this place again even If i need air in my tire.
