I called to ask if they have an item and they said they do and when I when to the store they had such a lack of interest attending and finding out they didn’t have the item

Ordered a EBay brake kit from their 'macautopartsdiscounts' account. Received correct brake shoes but hardware was for a mid-60's US car rather than the European car brand advertised. Asked for a partial refund showing them the math and the cost adder of the hardware kit which they sell separately. They offered back a $$$ number LESS than what I paid for the useless springs! I've filed an EBay not as described complaint and will get a refund - I hope. Semi-coherent emails, seems disorganized....
