I had found GM Parts Warehouse in a google search as i was researching every option to find a replacement transmission for my 2021 GMC Acadia. Not only did they provide amazing service, for what was a backordered part, It arrived inside of 2 weeks, and i saved a good amount of money going thru them. I dealt with a woman named Kaitlyn, and she was spectacular in making sure i got every part i needed for the transmission and rear seal leak, all the fluids and such. I was very impressed with the service and the other employees who helped me, including the fantastic forklift driver who got the transmission in the crate in the back of my truck. A Great resource for OEM GM Parts.

I've been trying to contact and get information about my order. They once replied to my email and said one of the parts is damaged and they will ship the order when the replacement will arrive. Since then it's been 25 DAYS and still no reply to any of my emails. I can't reach over the phone. It directs me to voice mail, then says mail box is full. So no voice mail either. I'm sure they're still working because other two orders has been shipped. I got the part that i needed from somewhere else, i no longer need the damaged part they said they will replace. But i can't cancel the order cause no reply. I don't know what's going on with them. Weird.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They are full of it. They sent me damaged headphones for my Tahoe for my kids entertainment. I emailed and called multiple times no reply. Now I have two headphones that doesn’t work at all. I tried resolving the situation no reply. The reason I gave one star is because you can’t write a review without one.
