Jason, Will, Jose, Chris and Tyrell know what they are doing! They are the best at what they do! And their delivery staff is always courteous and professional! Between Jason and Will, they can find you any part for almost any vehicle with a great price. Everyone that works the counter is always busy but they will still treat you like you are the most important person in the world. It doesn’t matter if you’re spending $5.00 or $5,000.00 they do don’t treat you any differently you are just as important. They are one of the few companies that know without the customer they would not exist.ive even seen Chris sell a customer a Socket from his trunk because they didn’t have it in stock at the moment and the customer needed it at that exact moment! Talk about great service! If you have an issue with your vehicle and the store is loaded and the phones ringing they have no problems coming out with you to try and help diagnose what the issue is and try to best find a solution without breaking the bank I recommend them to everyone I know because their service can not be matched or beat! I highly recommend letting My guy become Your Guy!

UPDATE: This location is awesome! I'm 4 days into a 7 day preferred customer account and let them know difficulty w/bank reversing insufficient $ charges, when they can see deposits pending and you can't sit with a Teacher's FCU financial services rep in Riverhead NY 11901 location without waiting hours. Also can't afford to wait on inordinately long 800 or 866 # holds. TIME is the most precious commodity we can never replace when it is wasted. Fast & reasonably priced, as always. Bummer tho - it's exactly the same as the OEM, but made in China. Gonna have Eddie's guys at Dynamic confirm, then return the part. Got to figure out a solution & get correct VIN on title. Good news is instead of 204,214 miles on this engine, it's more like 90,000 & change. Damn proud of my detective work. Now gotta contact company that rebuilt it & get a block, # if they don't have an actual VIN. Groundhog Day - back at square one like in 2021, throwing good $ after bad. Cross fingers for me.

I'm a mechanic....that's my business, I deal with multiple part stores and dealership parts departments everyday. I've never had a parts store go the extra mile for me the way they do at my guy auto supply....super friendly and always consistent. It feels good to finally have a shop..a team that I can always count on. I'll always use them first and 99% of the time I don't need anybody else after......keep up the amazing work fellas!
