Well let's see they towed my car from less than 3 miles away had it for less than 3 hours and told me 350 dollars In Cash , on top of Stealing my Compressor yes you read that right they worked on my car prior to this and stole ,, ROBBED My Compressor when they had to " by pass " the air conditioning system to make a Repair, a repair that involved My compressor,, being it was winter the air conditioning obviously wasn't being used till a few months later Down The Road and upon being serviced by a Chevrolet Dealer the Chevrolet Specialist asked where my compressor was , quite dumbfounded and stunned i was shown by the specialist where the compressor used to be, he asked me what was done to the car I showed him the receipt for "bypassing the air conditioning system " upon reading he knew immediately because of the year make and model and that my air conditioning was ice cold on the lowest setting it was very valuable, worth alot of money, this most likely in all Probability removing it knowing fully the ' customer ' ( PAST TENSE) Would not b using it anytime soon thus not even knowing it was gone till many months later ,, also the Fact that they were dealing with a woman that didnt know any better that they were KNOWN FOR AND COULD TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF, which THEY DID , the Chevrolet Mechanic called them out on it , DENIED LIED MADE UP STORY UHHHHH IDK WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT LYING THRU HIS CROOKED TEETH , , Okay , upon getting my car back less than 3 Miles away less than 3 hours they had the vehicle in "storage " my whole rear right side bumper was completely Smashed in Cracked and Broken , I asked how it was towed, truck or flatbed, Flatbedded from down the block and as far as specialist can tell it was backed down the flatbed letting it smash into the ground sustaining the damage that a hard hit to the pavement would cause , all broken twisted cracked is the bumper and the surrounding metal, pictures were taken by myself , A Chevrolet Dealer and it all points to the car ( SUV) was just let go from the chains to hit the ground , smash into the ground more accurate , ALOT more can B Said about this Unscrupulous Unprofessional bunch of Thiefs Liars Butchers and just FLAT OUT CROOKS, so anyone and everyone except maybe the locals,, If your looking to get robbed lied to taken advantage of and ROYALLY RIPPED OFF by all means take your Vehicle to Sals Auto body Rt. 35 Cross River Ny , They get the Job Done ?? everything written is fully documented from pictures to conversations , Women out there ,, We R Their BEST PREY

I was in a bind with a dead battery yesterday when I was already very late for something. They came within 20 minutes and got me on my way super quickly.

Flat tire after 10 pm on a Sunday night. I was visiting my parents, so my car was in their driveway. Parents knew of Sal’s Service Center and called to see if someone could come over to change the tire. Bob arrived promptly. He was helpful in advising me how to find model of tire (he had me take photos) and how to compare prices, etc. very quick service. Personable man. I drove safely home.
