Guy tells me he can be here in 20 minutes. So I cancel my insurance tow request. Only to receive a call 30 minutes later from his subcontractor who can be here no time soon. Would rather have you sit in the cold to snag that additional tow fee for the day vs giving you the honest timeline. 1/5. ?

Saif was AMAZING!!! My car caught fire and was totaled by my insurance. It’s been sitting in front of my barn for a few weeks now because 2 other tow companies refused to get it since the driveway is a decent incline. Saif called to let me know he was on his way, listened to my concerns and explanation on the best way to get it out, and was able to get the car with minimal to no issue! For such a stressful situation he made it much easier. Will highly recommend to anyone who needs a tow! Thank you very much guys!

We were driving on Route 20 and the driver of this tow truck nearly ran us and two others cars off the road to pass. He constantly tailgated us. The speed limit was 40-55 and he continuously went 70+ the entire time. Absolutely unprofessional & irresponsible. Track and educate your drivers better!!!!!
