This is the second vehicle we purchased here and the way they treat people is far beyond what you would expect from a used vehicle dealer. The first vehicle we wanted to look at sold just hours before we were going to go look at it. Dalan found the same vehicle in a better (for us) paint color with fewer miles on it and had us all set from first contact to purchase in 2 weeks. They even took the vehicle we purchased from him 7 years ago back as a trade-in. I have sent many friends and anyone who is looking for a NICE used vehicle there and will continue to do so!

The service department is phenomenal. I'm disabled so they go out of their way to accommodate me however recently they've hired a new person to answer the phones and said they no longer come out to jump start a dead battery in a car. She told me who to call and $50 later I was all set. This was the first time I've ever been referred out since being referred to Scott's from Dave's. On a side note the girl, a few weeks before, forgot to put it in the books that my car needed to be picked up for low tire pressure. She admitted fault, apologized and appointment was rescheduled for a couple days later. However, when it was time to schedule the appointment to switch over to my winter tires, she apologized profusely for not helping with the dead battery, called me when the car was finished and explained the condition of the tires, how this would be the last winter etc but tread is still good. The service department is phenomenal and she'll catch up! Thank you Scott's for being there!!

Everyone at Scotts is very friendly and knowledgeable and they go out of their way for great customer service. We have sold two cars to scotts after a death in the family and they offered very competitive prices, making things easier at a very difficult time. Buying a car from them is very fun and painless and they will find what you are looking for. We started coming to Scotts service and repairs right after the garage we were spoiled at closed and sold, so i had pretty high standards. I recommend them to my friends and family all the time.
