I can’t thank Frankie M’s Auto Shop enough for helping me out when I really needed it! Late at night, when every other place was closed, I discovered a nail in my tire that was leaking air fast. I called around and couldn’t find anyone open — but Frankie M’s answered and told me to come by. The man who helped me was incredibly kind and understanding. Even though it was close to closing time, he didn’t rush me at all. He plugged my tire quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was safe to drive before I left. That kind of customer service and genuine care is rare these days, and it really shows the kind of people who run this business — honest, hardworking, and dedicated to helping others. If you ever need car help, I highly recommend Frankie M’s Auto Shop. They’ve earned a loyal customer for life!

This place is a joke! Especially Bill he is arrogant and a liar!! He reassured me my car was fixed but 1 day aftter pick up my check engine light came on. I took it to a local mechanic and he told me there was oil all over the engine and underbody. SAFETY hazard! Bill did not even care to take a second look! DO NOT trust Bill with your car!
