Very unprofessional my husbands work van broke down only a flat just needed help lifting the truck up we called at 4:30 hasn’t heard or seen anyone at 5:30 so I called to get a arrival time and I got a night shift the lady was very very very unprofessional yelling at others in the background very rude toward me giving me attitude wouldn’t let me cancel my call bc we went with someone else she was very rude and obnoxious. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Scam company! Be aware! They tried to use my credit card info for online purchases! Never share your credit card info with them! If so, your credit card may be cancelled because fraud activity ?????

Scams the hardworking people of Amherst with the help of the police. They have a cop sitting 1 quarter mile away from their lot. It seems like his sole job is to pull people with trailers over, write tickets, and deem the trailer "unsafe" and put them out of service. This results in you needing a tow. This particular cop does not allow you to call your own tow company! He will say something along the lines of; "We're on private property", "We're on the side of the road it's too dangerous" etc... and call his buddy at the tow company, and if you try to argue he will go on a power trip. Then they will pull up with a normal pickup truck- not a flat bed- and hitch up your trailer to a normal pickup truck - and drive it to their lot... the exact same trailer the cop just deemed "Unsafe for the roads". They will then charge you absurd prices. 5x the going rate for a normal tow. I never write reviews but what they are doing is disgusting. Truly disgusting.
