These people are thief they hold my car for a week after I provide all the documents of ownership they still don’t want I have to call the police and then they charge me 468$. If u car missing come to these place

Worst tow company in all of the bronx. No wait worst tow company in all of NYC. They will charge you so much money, you will consider leaving your car there forever. The lady who runs the office has a really bad attitude and you can barely understand her. Her accent is so thick you can't understand anything she says. They work for / with NYPD so they are not here to help you at all, they will just take all you money then give u attitude for wanting your own car back. 0 out 10 would not recommend.

Very unprofessional. Their driver was driving recklessly on the street and put others at risk. Tow truck drivers should be held to a higher standard, but it doesn’t seem like D&M Towing screens or trains their drivers properly. Would not recommend.i’m
