Went today and got a brand new KIA Seltos for my boyfriend.... yes I AM jealous!! Lol.... we had the best salesman... Thank you Will Hrubec.... No pressure... No rushing ... Took the time to explain EVERYTHING and answer every question ( I had a lot lol ). Same thing with financing!! No pressure and EXCELLENT warranties offered!! But, again all the information was given to us with none of the pressure!! This is how you build clients for life!! Thank you for making it so easy!!

I purchased my Kia Carnival from Autoworld Kia and have continued to bring it there for service. The first two services were free and uneventful, but my last two visits have been extremely disappointing. On both recent services, the oil change/service indicator was not reset, and I had to manually address this myself. During my 24,000-mile service, I was told the visit would take about two hours; instead, I was there for four hours. When I returned to my car, I found food and personal items left inside by the person who serviced it, including a half-drunk water bottle and protein shakes. The car also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Later, I discovered a cigarette butt left inside the vehicle. I had to pay for an additional professional cleaning to remove the smoke odor. I contacted my service representative twice and also reached out directly to the service center. I never received a call back or any response. The oil change sticker still shows 24,000 miles, and the service reminder was never reset, which raises serious concerns about whether the full 24,000-mile service was actually completed—especially given that I was charged over $1,600. I understand there is an upcharge when using a dealership service center, but that should come with professionalism, accountability, and high-quality work. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would only return in the event of a recall. If you are comfortable with employees eating and smoking in your car, this may not be an issue—but I am not.
