I have been so impressed by the service Perry has provided me. He got straight to the point and changed the brake for my vehicle within a few hours. The most important part is that he is very reliable and looks like the workshop is family run so I was very satisfied with their work and service. Also Hilda at the reception is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Definitely my go to spot from now on. Highly recommend!

The first time I brought my SUV in there I had an O2 sensor, 2 flex pipes changed and my AC wouldn't work. Perry said it's possible it has a leak but he will put dye in the freon so he can spot a leak. I said my wheels make a rubbing noise and feels like you hit speed bumps when I cut the wheel all the way and back up. I paid $350 to fill the freon only to find out by 2 other mechanics that he could've and should've hooked up a vacuum line to the AC line and the leak would've been detected right away. He said there was nothing wrong with the front end. As soon as I drove out the parking lot I got 2 blocks and I heard a grinding noise. I turned around and went back but they had closed as it was passed their time. I called the next day and Perry said it's probably my brakes, at which point I said definitely not. He said bring it back in which I did 3 days later when I had time cuz I work in the city on weekends. Turns out the one flex pipes popped outta place and he tried to tell me that they sometimes heat up, expand and come loose. 3 weeks later all that freon had leaked out. I called and asked if I can bring it by around 10-11ish that Thurs which was the end of June which he said yes. I show up and his wife tells me I'm late I was supposed to arrive by 8am. I told her I didn't think so unless I misheard Perry which I knew I didn't, I was trying to be polite because I drop my kids off at school at 8am so I never schedule anything at that time. I drop off the SUV and call around 4ish cuz I have to work the next day and wanted an update. She tells me he couldn't fix it because, again, I dropped it off late, I should've been there at 8am. I said I wasn't late but it is what it is and went to pick it up. She then told me when I got there that I was late dropping it off (time number 3) and it was a big job and Perry would call my wife the next day to discuss price. When she's done explaining this the old man who works there tells me, in front of her, that I got lucky because they actually had a piece of line that could replace the cracked part of my AC line so the job wasn't that bad but time consuming. Perry never called us back with a price. Not a very good experience from a shop that's highly rated. The first time when the repair only lasted 2 blocks should've been a cut off point.
