Highly recommend. Owner and employees are friendly, professional, very knowledgable, and go out of their way to be helpful. They did a fabrication job I asked for after hours with an order put in at closing time on a weekend, and did it quickly. Truly awesome. Versatile fab shop is set up to handle a huge variety of custom metal work orders, from private to industrial.

We stopped by J & D for the first time looking for a piece of metal to make a cover for a fire pit. There wasn't any scrap expanded metal and the new stock cost more than I wanted to spend. Dan was super helpful and made several suggestions for cheaper alternatives. We settled on an old 30" saw blade and then he went out of his way to find a piece and explained how we could use it to add a handle! I had made the fire pit out of free recycled materials and didn't want to spend a lot on a cover. Dan understood and could not have been more helpful coming up with a funky arty solution for a great price!
