I needed my car towed to a tire shop and this is the company that my insurance set out. Right when I went out to meet the driver he called me doll, which wasn’t my favorite, but I assumed it was a southern thing. That assumption went away once I gave him my car keys and he said “I assume you’re not coming home with me, right?” Such a completely inappropriate and disgusting thing to say to a young girl, alone, needing help with her car. I’m lucky that I was able to get my car towed from an apartment, because I would have been even more uncomfortable had I been stranded on the side of the road with this man. Nick was his name, use caution if you choose this company, although I would recommend you don’t.

We are AAA members and live 17 miles from the nearest town; we needed help when the brakes locked on the Toyota truck. We had a tow truck within 30 minutes, and a nice guy who knew how to get the job done quickly! Very polite and incredible customer service from Dale, who towed our truck to our chosen mechanic. Have taken my car and my girlfriends car here half a dozen or so times now (had both of them towed there more than once too). Great shop that dosen’t over-quote jobs and they get stuff done pretty quick. Be careful with the directions to the shop though google has taken me to the old location once and Apple Maps typically gets it right. If your map isn’t getting it right it’s the one beside the Best Western
