I recently had services completed here and things started off well. I came in with a problem due to a noise. I was aware of a diagnostic fee and I also asked if an oil leak could be checked with the diagnostic. I was told if I got the repair completed the fee would go towards the repair. I agreed to have brake and valve cover gasket services completed ($1200+ including parts and labor) due to being informed that’s where the leak was coming from. After picking up my vehicle, which was driven no more than 20 miles after the service, I find a large size oil spot that was not there before the service. I call and I’m told I can bring it back for them to look. I was informed there was leak coming from my oil pan now and it would be $800+ to repair. I was also informed that oil was on top of the splash guard after the oil change that could have been the reason for the large spot. I declined the repair of the oil pan gasket repair at the time but was told I would need to pay the $192 diagnostic fee to get my vehicle. I was not informed of this prior to bringing it back to them to review services performed by them and based on what I was told cause the large oil spot was due to standing oil from the oil change. I called customer service and was told I’d receive a call within few days. I gave extra time due to the holidays and still no word. Update: called the number below again. They gave me a claim number and still nothing.

My experience was good. The staff is always pleasant and willing to help. They've fixed my car a few times and have done a great job and for that I'm very grateful.
