Honestly a mixed feeling. They towed my car for the police which I am ok with, plus he came in and met me on Sunday which I am very thankful for but when pulling my car up on the rollback they severely scrubbed/curbed both of the wheels on the right side of my car. I know for a fact that the damage occurred when they had the car because my car us my baby and I keep it in top notch condition. There was also mudall over the car like they were playing with it in their muddy lot when they had it, the car had just received a full detail and never gets drove anywhere to get mud on it.

Daniel and the team are very skilled and professional. I was struck by their honesty and skill when they showed me a similar car needing the same repairs I did--totally restoring the front end and part of the engine from a crash. They maintained the cost almost exactly to the estimate, and informed me accurately of progress over time. The work looks great and matches what they told me beforehand. The cost was significantly less than other mechanics. I would definitely do business with them again.

Are you kidding me? For a week I tried to get a quote To send the Insurance Company just to be igword. Even though I'd talk to multiple times. Set up a plan to have my car to today at one o'clock, I talked to them this morning and and how to set In motion and now it's two o'clock, I missed my sign an appointment at the dealership. They won't answer the phone or reply to my text. Who does business like that. Simple yes I can do it or no I can't Instead of leaving me hanging. As soon as I told them I couldn't put it neutral. It was like they couldn't do it or something I don't know. I have never had a toe company. Stand me up after talking with them for a week. All I needed was the receipt as well. And they said it wouldn't be a problem but hell they never showed up. Or just let me know they couldn't do it. Luckily I found a guy and Marshall. Who's gonna do it even cheaper and we'll be here in forty five minutes. A dealership is working with me on this. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone if you're going to act like that. A simple yes or no. This is gonna kill your rating i'm sorry but you shouldn't answer your damn. You are nice but then I don't know what happened, Unbelievable totally unprofessional.
