Billy did a great job towing my completely disabled Tesla. It was so bricked, it couldn't even get into "Tow Mode", but he had the equipment and knowledge to know how to do it correctly without damaging the car. I really appreciated his politeness and professionalism.

Leo is the man! To be honest I never thought in my life I would be giving a tow company a review let alone 5 stars! My wife decided to get a Tesla last year and this was the first time we had to deal with a flat tire…. Of course it being a Tesla I couldn’t just swap it for a spare like I normally would…. Tesla said I had to have it towed to the service center and then my wife somehow picking it up while I would be out of time. Leo told me about the loaner tire option which Tesla never even mentioned. He quickly asked his management which they said Tesla declined it. I immediately called Tesla and was able to get them to allow the loaner wheel. Leo swapped the tire asap and had my wife back on the road in mins. I live in castle rock and after this experience I will be reaching out to Triton for any towing needs and more specifically only work with Leo if I can! Thanks again Leo!
