I brought my car to Randazzo to get some serpentine belt pulley investigated and replaced, because it was squealing, and also some other work. This place did not hook my pulley back up. Did they even replace the pulley that they charged me a thousand dollars for? And they changed my oil without asking me, charged me for it, and didn't tell me about it until after I paid. I changed the oil two days before I brought it to the shop. They replaced with a worse filter and lower quality oil. AND it took a month. Absolutely ridiculous.

Had my car Friday and Saturday for inspection just to call me Saturday to tell me he didn't do anything. Also is not knowledgeable of PA inspection laws, he did not know that my car was not emissions exempt yet he said he didnt do any work because his emissions equipment was broken yet waited until right before closing to call and tell me. Don't waste your time with this hack.
