This garbage company is the pits. They’re rude, ignorant, and it’s obvious they don’t care. Half the time they don’t even empty the cans, and when they do, they leave garbage scattered on the side of the road like it’s not their problem. And if you call their office, forget about it. The people you get on the phone are passive, dismissive, and flat-out ignorant. It feels like they’re used to getting yelled at all day, but that’s not an excuse, it’s a reflection of how the business is run. This is a leadership problem, not a one-off bad day. When the top doesn’t set a standard, it trickles down into everything: missed pickups, mess left behind, and an office that treats customers like a nuisance. We used to have DeNaples and it was night and day better. If you want reliable service, look elsewhere

LOVE the new recycling cans we continue to be unable to use as our recycling hasn't been picked up in over 10 years....do we get a tax refund for services we continue to pay for and never receive??? Didn't think so.... Numerous phone calls to Mascaro & Carbondale City Hall to pick up last week's recycling since we FINALLY thought we could recycle.... On top of last week's calls....I had to call Mascaro three times the day we got the new cans to let them know that according to the multiple people at city hall it took to answer "what day is my recycling picked up?" we got picked up on Monday NOT Thursday like they told me. This company is a complete joke and I'm not even touching on how I've witnessed their employees treat some of my neighbors. I usually don't leave Google reviews, but since they untag themselves in anything negative and hide their reviews on Facebook, here we are.

Worst trash company! They hardly ever empty cans completely and leave trash /recycling in cans consistently. They have dropped trash in the road on multiple occasions and don't pick it up. Leave cans in roads. The trash trucks clearly aren't maintained and working. Invoices come 3 weeks after the invoice date yet they charge a hefty late fee if not received within 30 days of that date, which is shady. Also charge processing fees for paying online. If you have the option don't use them they are horrible!!!!
