I own business locally and I don’t want anybody else to touch my Car. Flip and members of the team are excellent. As a matter fact, I’m due for an oil change. I’m gonna call you guys in A week. Thank you for providing such great service to our communities.

I rarely post reviews and I held off on this one because I didn’t feel it was worth it at first, but after my entire experience with this business and the amount of money I spent on this issue, I feel it is necessary. I had my power steering pump replaced here in August due to a leak. The entire process was unprofessional and stressful from the start. I dropped my car off on Wednesday August 20th and it wasn’t worked on until the next day. At the time, my key fob was broken so it made my car difficult to start. They called me hours after dropping it off to tell me they couldn’t start it and started “working on other stuff” instead, rather than just calling me right away to let me know so I could go there to help them get it started. Since they decided to “work on other stuff” instead, this left me without a car for an extra day. When giving them the down payment prior to service, my husband and I showed up at their posted opening time but nobody showed up after waiting outside 15 minutes. My husband and I both work and needed to go home to start our shifts so we couldn’t wait any longer and had to come back later. Not the biggest of deals, just unprofessional and inconveniencing since I had to take time away from work to go again later. When I called to make sure they were open prior to heading over again, they just said “the guy was running late.” Hopefully that doesn’t happen often, but I personally feel as though the person opening up the business for the day shouldn’t be late, especially by 15+ minutes. I ended up not getting my car back until Friday afternoon which I thought was a long time but I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. My car seemed fine until the next day when the wheel started locking up and refusing to turn. I checked the power steering reservoir and it was almost empty, despite just having the entire pump replaced. I called them and they came to pick my car up and poured some power steering fluid into the reservoir before they drove off. They called later and said that there was a leak in the washer but they fixed it. Any leaks should’ve been addressed in the first place, but I was glad that they willing to fix it without charging me. However, only a month and a half later it turns out they did not fix it, as my power steering was leaking again and my wheel was locking up. This time, although they were willing to take it back, I decided to take it elsewhere because I don’t trust the quality of their work after all of this. Turns out one of the pipes on the power steering was leaking, which again, should have been addressed in the first place. The mechanic I took my car to this time said that they are glad I brought it in when I did, because the pump could have been completely ruined despite JN just replacing it only a little over a month ago. In my opinion, JN should’ve checked my power steering pump and system thoroughly to ensure that there was no leaking prior to returning my vehicle to me. I also spent a good amount of money on this job, so it has been disappointing and frustrating having such trouble with the results, especially now learning that it could’ve costed me the price of having to replace the entire power steering pump again. Truthfully, this experience makes me feel like the employees either did not know that they had to check all of the parts of the power steering pump for leaks or did not care to. Either way, I feel this place is untrustworthy and unprofessional. I did have my tires replaced and a car alignment here at the time my power steering was replaced and so far I haven’t had issues with that, however I just do not trust the quality of their work given this entire experience. My advice would be to go elsewhere.

We took in our car for body work from a minor fender bender. There were scuffs and two small dents. They did not fix one of the dents. We showed the owner and took it back in to be fixed. They said it was ready. The dent was still there. Very frustrating. Poor workmanship. We would not recommend going there for body work.
