Here’s another shitty review for Franco’s. I waited here 27 hours after they told me that the driver was 22 minutes away. They still haven’t showed up so I called somebody else with all these bad reviews. This company should not be in business.

Awful service, show up and then say they cannot fix the problem but then go ahead and charge $490+ and leave us stranded. No decency

This company is highway robbery, my truck started shutting down this morning. So i sow their mechanic done fixing another truck. I went to him and ask is there anyway you can check my truck before you leave he didn't speak that much English language so he used Google translate and he said call the company first. I did understand that so I call the company and explain to them my truck started shutting down this morning so I ask before I call the towing truck may your mechanic check for me whats going with the truck. but they said I have to pay $150 for the road call + 2hrs minimum more than $600. I was willing to pay up to $200 just to check what was going on with the truck and if he says i can fix it. I wouldn't mind dealing with them. But $600 just to check the truck that is parked less than 10ft no thank.
