The location is very convenient. The store was very clean. The staff were friendly but need to be trained to be more knowledgeable about the products being sold. I inquired about the difference between the types of windshield wipers. The response I received was "I'm not sure. If I had to guess, it is just the way they are marketed." O'Reilly you can do better.

Mr. Willie was honest and I would definitely continue to drive past many to seek an auto parts store that doesn't upset to women. He got me what I needed and saved me over $400 that Wolfchase Firestone on Highway 64 in Bartlett, TN insisted that I needed in repairs. GOD gave me discernment to walk out and refuse service. It's been almost a month and my car drives wonderfully.
