I went to Oreilys because my A/C wasn’t getting cold and other stores wanted me to pay for a diagnostic. The gentleman Adam helped me out a lot better than anyone on the phone with me. He showed me what I needed to buy and helped my car go back to normal, plus gave me advice on what to do if it happens again! So glad there’s someone that is willing to help and explain to me as a girl that doesn’t know cars ?

Salah was super! He came out in the rain and helped me with my tail light hitch on trailer! I had never driven one before and had no idea what I was needing! He was so helpful, honest and understanding! He gets 5 stars and More if they had them! We need more people like Salah in this world :)
