literally the rudest and least understandable and accommodating people i’ve ever met in my entire life. literally walked outside of my boyfriends apartment complex to get in my car to go to work at 5:30am, and they were only simply blocking my car. one guy was understanding after i had explained, apologized, and offered to move my car, and was willing to let me, but then his side kick had different motives. he storms up, refuses to listen, and had his heart set on my $260. took them almost 40 MINUTES to even get my car on the tow truck WITHOUT hitting the cars next to me. Then was threatening to up the price constantly just because he didn’t like a taste of his own medicine. We followed them to the tow yard and then he proceeded to lie and say we couldn’t pick it up til 9am, and then magically changed it to 10, when it clearly defines they’re open at 8. Finally had a change of heart after his coworker said he was being ridiculous, and let us get the car. Then while lowering it, NEARLY BOTTOMED OUT THE BUMBER of my BRAND NEW car after i had already told him it was clearly too steep on a decline. Then he was “sorry”. Absolutely pathetic behavior and no way to represent your company. Would’ve at least hoped that my car was in good hands with such awful people but they’re not even good at what they’re paid to do.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My boyfriends car got towed at 2 in the morning when he was 1 spot beside guest parking due to the lot being full. They did not take the cars that were even farther away without a pass. When we called to see if they had the car, they said they did not have it, but when the leasing office called, they magically had it. Shady. To make things even better my boyfriend was in a rental car due to his truck being in the body shop from a wreck, and the truck has a parking pass, so he usually has a pass. They showed zero compassion once so ever. When we arrived, they told us it would be a 30 minute wait until they could open the gate, even though there appeared to be people inside already. The leasing office here at my complex told my boyfriend to explain and at the least they would probably discount it. Nope. The owners dad even cussed my boyfriend when he explained everything. In my opinion, these guys were all trashy looking and provided horrible customer service. All they wanted was quick cash and to see how many peoples lives they can ruin.

Complete rip off. Do not recommend at all. Charged $165 to tow a car 3 miles.
