I slid off road into ditch 2 days ago. Called this company on a recommendation and they said 2 days ago they would get it out the next day and have it towed to my house, and told me to leave the key at the car. They are now saying they cannot do this and are hemming and hawing so I cancelled. Cannot be relied on in an emergency.

I appreciated the timely repair, but it wasn't without issue. When I returned home, I had my local shop check things out. The trans cooler lines had been replaced as quoted, but they failed to put the retainers back on the quick connect fitting or make any mention of them. Also, I was quoted the repair costs before the work was done which is correct, however I was not quoted the $165.00 charge on the bill for "Accessories". No break down of that charge just the $165.00 charge written over a lesser amount that had been previously written on the ticket. Vague handwritten carbon tickets in 2025 is a big red flag.

These people are the nicest and most helpful auto and towing I have ever dealt with. They replaced a motor in my Ford Escape for a reasonable price and even had a rental for me while my car was being fixed. I had a couple of minor issues and they handled them with no complaints or extra charges. I plan to use them for any auto repairs in the future and will recommend them to anyone everyone!
