My 5yr old grandson and I had a break down on the 2nd day of our week vacation....car couldn't be driven .. through the kindness of strangers we made it to eagle one where the owner called a top notch towing service ( Stooksbury's towing) that met us back at the car and then towed us to the shop. It was the end of the work day and the owner promised to get on it first thing the next day. The tow service was kind enough to take us to our hotel. I heard from eagle one at mid morning telling me the extent of the damage and he promised to have it ready as soon as possible....at 2pm he called...all ready to go....the work was fast, car runs like a clock....the staff was professional and friendly... everyone Iocal I talked to about what happened spoke highly of eagle one....their praise is justified....the cost of towing and repair were in keeping with my mechanic shop at home....I highly recommend them both....they made a potentially stressful event almost pleasant....thank you folks

They replaced my fuel filter today and did an awesome job, the price was 1/2 the cost that another shop was quoting me. I called at 8am and they had my truck done by lunch. I would highly recommend these guys and will be going back for all my service and repairs. Thank u guys so much

While on vacation in Pigeon Forge we needed to get a rear wheel bearing replaced before our trip home to Wisconsin. They got us in and had it replaced in a few hours. Thank you Bob for working your magic and getting us back on the road! The whole team was friendly and caring. The price for the parts and labor were exactly what we would’ve paid at home.
