August 2025, when I say impeccable service, I really mean it! James, Devin along with his family were my Angels in dire stress. James and Devin worked with me every step of the way since my driver met in an accident in George West, TX and flipped the truck. I never felt like a stranger or it’s just a business transaction, I felt like I gained a new family that I will be forever talking about, actually, I already started ?. Even after I left the recovery yard and broke down on the side of the road, Devin and his lovely wife came to my rescue, they got down and dirty and it wasn’t a bother for them. Oh my God, I know good people still exist. You’ve exemplified empathy, dedication to quality with a true human touch and your commitment to excellence. By the way, I do love the way you guys spoke highly of each other, that definitely speaks volume. I was stranded in beeville with a dead engine. Texas wrecker took care of me and was able safely store my vehicle in their yard until the time that I can tow it back home. Customer service is top notch.

Adam was great, very courteous and helpful after our wreck. His wife came in her car to help my dad who is handicapped get to their wrecking yard. They gave us water and helped take care of our youngest while we unloaded our van and waited for our ride to pick us up.
