I went to Tyler TX on Thanksgiving. We left Friday at 3pm. My motorhome water pump went out and was starting to get hot I had to get off the highway and park on side of road. Threw my roadside service they tried to find me a tow truck. Needless to say 1 never showed up. I paid them for 2 wrecker. By 9pm on Saturday I was frustrated and freezing. So I called Rons Towing DallasTx. The driver was there in about a hour. He hooked my baby up and treated her like his own. Brought her all the way home to Chico tx. About 153 miles.Cost me $2500.00. this was Sunday morning now. So I was there Friday -sunday on side of road.And nobody stopped to see if we needed help or anything. My bus is 40 foot long and he didn't have a problem at all. Very nice young man. Was professional, courtesy. So please don't hesitate to call this place for any kind of problems. Ask for Jed or Erik. I promise you they can do the job no matter how small or large. They both will treat you like family. Next time I will call them first. I give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Erik and thank you Jed for convincing me.

So here goes a shout out to the very best towing service in all of the metroplex. My mom was stranded on 20 West 30 min this side of Gilmer Texas. She couldn't find a towing service that has a truck large enough to get my mom's RV (bus) of the hwy and tow it to Chico Texas where she lives. Ron's Towing service stepped up and went over and beyond to get her bus home. It took a hot min to get it back home, but he got it done. Thankfully I was able to contact my son who works for Ron and contacted his boss and got my mom's bus home without and issues. Thank Ron's Towing for helping my mom. So happy you were able to help when no one else could.

Had to call fleet services when my truck started losing power. They set me up with Ron's and Ashley called shortly after to let me know their driver was on the way. Erik was prompt and thorough. The tenacity of these two is ?. Would recommend to other drivers
