Took my SUV there, and ended up with more trouble then I had before. I think the mechanics do not know how to repair vehicles they had mine for over 2 months and I finally got tired and said I was going to get the car. It was returned with missing pieces and oil leaking everywhere! Took it to another reputable shop and was told that it would cost $13,000 to repair the mess that was done. Never again had to end up buying a new vehicle and still have payments on the one they messed up. What I've learned from this experience is always take your vehicle to the dealership. A expensive lesson.

Great place, great people. I had been looking for a part for my car and was being told it will cost me more than 60$ to repair it. I some how decided to stop here and they told the problem was not as big as I had been told and it was going to cost me 20$; they even installed it for free. it has been a year now and I haven't had any issues. I highly recommend it.

I was referred to John's Import by a friend. I was Leary but after searching for a used vehicle from lot to lot I decided to stop by. Let me tell you I'm so grateful I did. John himself showed me what he had in stock. I decided on a Lexus. Several minor things were wrong with it but he made sure everything was taking care of before I drove of. He even had the vehicle inspected n registered. Who does that. My experience was so pleasant that I would recommend anyone who's looking for a decent honest person to go by John's Import. You won't regret it.
