Shopped here today.... Shopping carts was not restocked so when I was ready to check out some lady dropped off a hand basket and was continuing to shop I didn't know that's how we shop and hold placing in the check out line ... Any way another employee was opening a line so we moved to check out.... Another employee come move that lady items and told the cashier not to scan my items talking about she was waiting. If she was waiting I wouldn't known she was in line ... No sir she was not waiting she was still shopping picking up items. Needless to say I was not admit to argue with him or their protocols.....I walked out left your items and buggy there. I went to another store right down the road. Tom Thumb found the same items better quality and saved money. What you're not going to do is treat me as if I'm second best.. My money will be gladly taken somewhere else and how about there wasn't a line at checkout. Items stocked on the shelves and employees to assist with checkout and baking the items. Do better Kroger management and leadership.

There food can be hit or miss at times with quality, same with customer service. Though today I went in and Aseged was amazing - very patient and helped me ensure I got the discounts for my purchases. Only docking 2 stars due to quality of food at times but Aseged is 5 stars!! They also have a sale section filled with discount items.

The bakery refused to slice Challah bread because it wasn't baked in house. When I asked the manager why, their response was they couldn't trust the conditions of the originating bakery. Say what? You sell bread from a bakery you can't trust, but you won't slice it! They would rather lose a $5 sale than slice bread. The Kroger on MacArther has a bread slicer for all customer to use. This frees up the bakery staff to do more important things and makes sure the bread is FRESHLY cut. Time for me to switch which Kroger I shop at!
