Hi, I was pulled over for a busted tail light on September 8th, and because I didn’t have the title on hand, my trailer was impounded. It’s been in storage since then, but I feel reassured knowing that my father’s trailer is safe. Carlos, who assisted with moving it, is a fantastic individual, and I appreciate his help. I’m planning to get the trailer out of impound soon, once I have the funds and all necessary documentation. One suggestion I have for this business is to consider adding an email contact option, as I’ve had some difficulty reaching them—but that’s mostly on my end. If anyone from the company sees this, feel free to provide an email address where I can send proof of ownership for my father’s trailer. I truly appreciate you all looking out for our property and give this business 5 out of 5 stars! If I ever had a wrecker business, I’d imagine it would be a pretty sweet gig. Thanks again! PS: Carlos if you could please send me the number that we tried getting from the old rusted up trailer to match my father documents I would greatly appreciate you!
