⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience with Lone Star City Towing. I scheduled a vehicle pickup for 2:00 PM and was told I would receive a call about 15 minutes beforehand. When 2:05 PM came and I still hadn’t heard anything, I called to check whether a driver was on the way. The person who answered the phone was immediately disrespectful. When I explained that I was calling to see if someone was coming to pick up my vehicle, he responded with, “Who are you, man? Is there a name, a vehicle that I can get, something that I can actually work with?” I told him he could simply ask for my name without being rude, but he insisted he wasn’t being disrespectful and complained that he gets “100 calls a day” and that several were from me. I explained I had only called to reschedule and to confirm pickup details, which is completely reasonable. He continued talking over me, cutting me off, and blaming me for calling. Eventually, he hung up on me. When I called back asking for a supervisor, he claimed he was the supervisor. After I expressed doubt based on the level of service I was receiving, he said, “We are not babysitters. You can find another towing service,” and hung up again. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. I would not recommend using this company.If you want, I can also write a shorter version, a calmer/professional version, or one that sounds more formal or more emotional.

After calling several companies, getting no answers and no return call on messages, they returned my call almost immediately and told me they would be there in 90 minutes. They were there in less than an hour fantastic people. Ray was my driver, and he was exceptionally careful and true gentleman.

Lone Star City Towing was fast and reliable. The dispatcher was very quick and informative. The gentleman was really nice. Definitely would recommend to anyone in need.
