Would give 10 stars if I could. Breakdowns are part of the business—but how they’re handled makes all the difference. When one of our trucks broke down, we were referred to Javier’s shop, and I was extremely impressed. Javier went above and beyond by sourcing a pump when the regular supplier didn’t have one available. He personally hot-shotted the part to his shop, kept me updated every hour, and treated the repair with real urgency and professionalism. I even offered to pay extra to make our repair a priority, but Javier declined, saying it was simply his obligation to take care of his customers. He installed the pump swiftly, and our truck was back on the road within an hour, continuing on to deliver an expedited load. I’ve been in transportation and logistics for over 20 years and have never worked with a repair shop run by such a hardworking team and dedicated individual. Great job, Javier—we truly appreciate you.
