We look forward to eating at Blue Agave every hunting season! Relaxing and family friendly environment. The staff is always relational and easy going, and the food hits the spot. First, their salad is not the typical west Texas equation of iceberg + croutons + ranch. I love that they use green lettuce, cucumbers, vegetables, and even throw in some craisins. Their sangria??? Trust me. Sample it. ? Their beef is GOOD, and there’s a lot of it. We ate inside, but I cannot wait for an enjoyable evening in their outdoor patio venue. Keep scrolling if you’re looking for New American cuisine or a fancy, high frills night out. But if you’re looking for local, flavorful food and want a place to relax and have a good time, Blue Agave will be ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ every time!

Delicious!! It was recommended to me by some friends and we had a great night out! Our waitress, I believe she said her name was Manuela, was so kind and knowledgeable. The steak was absolutely delicious and the loaded baked potato honestly suprised me. We did go on a Saturday so the menu was different but I would like to try it on a weekday.

I passed through Blackwell at least twice a week and have always wanted to try this restaurant and bar. This past week I finally got the chance to do so. I loved the outside area and Airstream camper. The sangria was wonderful in the states were humongous however they lacked flavor and were undercooked. The outside grounds and campfire made for a beautiful area outside. I'm looking forward to trying it again in the summer when it's warmer.
