I called the same day and got an appointment immediately. Wait time was only 5 minutes. They had great customer and communication, especially since I didn’t understand the issues with my vehicle. The best part about my visit was that, he quoted a way better price on my tire sensors here than the local Buick dealer. I had my 3 kids with me so I definitely appreciated the car repairs only taking 4 hours. Excellent service all around. Thanks Firestone Brownsville!

Do not bring your vehicle here on a Sunday. There are only two technicians working, and the staff in the lobby start turning customers away around noon, saying the jobs are too time-consuming or complicated. They tell you to go somewhere else or come back on Monday. I came in for a simple alignment, and it took more than three hours. The staff seemed very disorganized, and the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing.

Needed a special tire t be replaced on my vehicle. They located it - got it - and it was completed in an hour the next day. Great attention to detail . Joe was very professional . Highly recommend.
