Terrible service today at 12pm Jan 15 . Walked into the store for assistance on a check engine light to see if they can hook up the computer and tell me what's wrong with my car. The lady that first attended me said she would help me to let her finish with a customer on the phone. I waited in line and when she finished she called up the next person in line and the next. So I went up to another available employee (a different female) and I told her my issue with my car and she told me the same one second the gentleman who does this will arrive shortly. I told her the lady at the register told me she would help me when I first got here and she said "o es porque ella no queire salir para afuera y yo tampoco" shocked i walked out at the disbelief on the answer. Hoping this gets addressed cause that's just terrible service.

Had the parts available I needed. Other auto stores didn't I was going to have to special order. Surprising because I have a common American made car.
