While enjoying some Andy’s ice cream in the bed of my friends truck, I heard a very loud noise nearby. To my surprise, I saw my car getting towed… I immediately ran up to the passenger window of the tow truck in confusion only to see the driver give me the peace sign and drive off. I hopped in my friend’s truck to follow the driver around the corner where he stopped to strap down my car. Immediately, the driver of the tow truck pictured below began yelling at me and wouldn’t stop yelling at me for probably 15 minutes. He was completely hostile, disrespectful, smug and seemed to really enjoy the frustration he was causing me. He required me to pay a $135 “drop fee” to free my car. However even after I paid, he continued to lecture me in a very aggressive tone of voice for another 5 minutes before dropping my car and leaving me alone. I was shocked at how rude, condescending, and angry this man was at a college student who was enjoying a Friday night eating ice cream. I would be embarrassed to employ a man who conducts himself in such a way. He truly had the maturity and character of a middle schooler while also speaking like a “Karen.” I can only imagine how this man acts on a normal everyday basis.

Excellent and expedient service! I didn't even have to call, bc they were waiting to pick up middle aged family men on a quick ice cream run to Andy's who couldn't get into the Andy's parking lot because Blacktop's actual contract, Southwest Wellborn LLC, who serves Chipotle and Starbucks, had a drive-thru line of cars backing up to Wellborn Rd. It's a wonderful line of work, perfectly ethical. No dings nor marks on my vehicle, and my wife had a chance to drive out to North Bryan to pick up up my car. With their no-hassle 24hr pickup policy, I was able to lose an entire 2 hours out of my otherwise uneventful evening. Thanks Blacktop -- you and Southwest Wellborn LLC make a great service to our local B/CS community. Ps the car show here is not mine. It was just another victim within minutes of mine.
