My trailer brakes had seized up and my wheel hub was coming off the axle on the way to work, they promptly sent for a driver and he was on his way. Anthony communicated very well about the eta. He was also very friendly and was very careful loading my trailer up. The price was way more than what I would’ve liked but I do understand that having to load a trailer up on a roll back is not a standard service.

DFW Hook It Towing & Collision has helped me several times before with things like tire changes and other roadside issues, and every time they’ve been dependable and professional. A few months ago I had a tough situation getting my car towed from someone else’s property. The car was dismantled and inoperable and I honestly thought it wasn’t going to be possible to move it. JC from DFW Hook It Towing & Collision went above and beyond to make it happen. He handled everything with care, helped me load all the parts into the car, and somehow got it out safely. It did sustain some extra damage (which wasn’t his fault it came from the axle being taken off before). JC was professional, patient, and just a great guy all around. I really appreciate the effort and attitude he brought to a stressful situation. Definitely recommend this company.

I couldn’t have asked for better service! I urgently needed a tow truck near downtown Fort Worth. I googled tow truck companies and clicked on their link assuming it would be the first of many calls to find someone who didn’t confirm all of my fears of the usual tow companies. Joey answered and was so nice and confirmed my location, drop off, gave me a quote and a breakdown of it that cost was. Then he told me my drivers name Jory, and gave me his ETA. Jory then called me and confirmed my location and asked if I needed a ride etc. i also got text updates throughout the experience with a link that I can view the status, an online payment link / invoice with all details listed, cost breakdown, etc. When DFW Hook It Towing arrived I was impressed. The tow truck is custom painted with their logo, and name etc. I had never seen a cleaner tow truck in my life!! Jory was so nice and the entire process was so efficient and top notch! Which like I said is the total opposite of what I was expecting when finding a tow company. I would never want to use anyone else in the future. Thank you for caring and being good people!
