My husband and I were driving back to CA on a cross country road trip when our radiator cracked. We were so blessed to have found Chuck and his shop. He did a great job replacing the radiator and getting us back on the road safely. His prices were also reasonable! Mary at the front desk was enjoyable to talk to while we waited. If we lived near here, they would be my go mechanic shop.

My truck broke down outside of town right at closing time, chuck came towed my trick in and stayed till it was fixed, charged a fair price, good man, good shop

Wheel bearing went out and took it to him and 3 months later it is out again. Come to find out he didn't replace the wheel bearing hub or knuckle assembly. He just punched out the bearing from the hub and put a new one. So now I'm out 500 dollars for a temporary fix. Do not go to him horrible experience. Response to owner, also wasn't told about a "warranty" and I couldn't take it back to brownfield as you know we came from lubbock. We took to real mechanic and all I can say is i know you needed the money more then we did considering the job you did wasn't even finished.
