Roland Tapia provided a tow service for my daughter and me for over 140 miles. He was very professional, made us comfortable, and handled my car with care. He gave great conversation that really helped calm me down during a stressful situation. He took our needs into consideration and would ask if we needed to stop to use the restroom or get a snack or drink. I highly recommend him!

Upon calling Ward's Towing, Eric kept me updated on when they got the truck to their facility and provided excellent communication & pictures to us for our piece of mind.
