We were referred to A+ by Frieze Automotive when our transmission was making very sad noises and leaking. From our first call, Jackson was so friendly and kind, working to get us in as soon as possible. When we dropped the car off, they completed a comprehensive inspection - and while it yielded lots of bad news for our wallet, it was honest and informative. Hector took the time to walk me through what the issues were, what the next steps were, and my options. We went forward with the full repair and replacements needed. Jackson called me again (two days earlier than I anticipated) and said they were completing final inspections. They were so thorough and kind. I felt like I was working with my brother, I was getting fair and honest work, and they were truly advocating for me. Their communication was excellent all around. At the end I told Jackson it was like visiting a hospital - everyone was great, it was a pleasure to meet you, but I hope to not be here again. :) That said, if you need ANY transmission support, PLEASE GO SEE Jackson, Hector, and crew at A+!

Hector and Jackson were great. Within 24 hours I was in and out with a free inspection and diagnosis. Luckily, the problem was not my transmission. The men were honest about it and sent me to a general repair shop were the issue was resolved for several hundred dollars. This is the second time I've taken a car to A Plus and definitely would recommend!

Jackson and his crew were amazing. I was going in for a scheduled transmission fluid service. When they had the drain pan off, they noticed a bolt had fallen off and into the pan (may have been a miss from previous work. My service prior was done at the round rock location). His team took the time to retorque all of the bolts so that it would not happen again. His team made sure i was a happy customer. If you have to get transmission work done, I highly recommend A+ Transmission, they stand by their work.
