I had a really rough day with roadside services and Captain Jack Road Service honestly saved me. Earlier that same day I got scammed by a fake roadside assistance company. They took my money and never showed up. I waited for hours thinking someone was coming and they just completely disappeared. When I finally called Jack, they showed up in about 15 minutes. I explained what had just happened and that the scam company had taken all the money I had. I told them I couldn’t pay upfront because of it. Jack didn’t even hesitate. He told me not to worry about it and that I could pay them later when I got my money back from the bank. They didn’t know me at all. I easily could have driven away and never paid them. But when my dispute went through and I got my money back I paid them right away because that kind of honesty. There are still good people out there and Captain Jack is one of them. I’m really grateful for how they treated me that day. He was more worried about getting me back on the road than about the money. AMAZING service.

Arrived on time. Wasted no time getting ready had tire with him did not have to go through any delays getting the right tire already knew what he needed in advance showed up went right to work changed the tire got my info and was out the door in less than 45 minutes how about that Don't see that too often do you. If you're in the area and you're looking on Google for a tire changing facility or doing the other work road service give them a call.!
