Entire Bill $327.71, The fees associated with the tow are ridiculous. They're already getting $165 just to hook up your car. I guess you should consider yourself lucky that they're only charging $4 a mile. There's a $50 notification fee that needs to be addressed but I work nights so it's difficult for me to call between 8:00 and 5:00 Monday through Friday. I was not notified about anything so I'm curious to know what a notification fee is and why it costs $50, in addition there's an impound fee, not the same as an impound rate, coincidentally of $21.03 also. When I called the first time, 6am Saturday, 36 hours after the tow, the lady I spoke with told me that it's $21.03 a day starting at midnight. She told me to contact them when I was almost there. So when we were 10 minutes away I called back to let them know I was arriving and was told that somebody would arrive within an hour. It was not the same person that I had previously spoken with. We waited for an hour and 45 minutes. So they're 1 hour arrival time was actually 1 hour and 35 minutes. A nice man showed up but when I tried to address my concerns, he said he was supposed to be off and to call back on Monday. For them to tow my car 5 miles and have it in their yard for 38 hours, $327.71.
