Paid $2200 dollars for my wife's car to be fixed. They replaced the rack and pinion. In order to do that job you must drop the sub frame and remove torque strut mount from engine that connects to sub frame. In less than 100 miles while my wife and 6 month old daughter were driving down the highway in a construction zone the bolt from torque strut mount came out causing a loud popping noise and causing the engine to torque forward causing the back of engine to go downwards. The drive shaft has marks on it where it hit the sub frame. The bolts they took out of torque mount strut and out of sub frame are tyy bolts meaning they should not be reused but they reused them anyway. Very disappointed and aggravated with this place. I could have lost my whole world in a split second because they did not care about their work enough to do it right in the first place.
