Hill’s Motor Towing came to our rescue when we were stranded in the middle of nowhere in Texas for over 5 hours with our truck and RV. After exhausting our options and finding no help from our insurance, Hill’s was the only company willing to assist us. Despite the hefty cost of over $1200 (uncovered by insurance), Hill’s Motor Towing proved invaluable. Their prompt response and willingness to tackle our unique situation were commendable. The driver who came to our aid was kind and accommodating; due to limited space, I had to ride in the truck bed, but he ensured I was comfortable and safe throughout the journey. Upon arrival at our destination, a torrential downpour greeted us, soaking both the driver and my husband. Despite the adverse weather conditions, the driver maintained professionalism and didn't complain about getting wet. While the cost was significant and unexpected, the peace of mind provided by Hill’s Motor Towing’s service was priceless. I had antifreeze pouring out of my Toyota Tundra P/U, the owner stated that he couldn't get to it today, but could fix it by tomorrow morning, he and his guys fixed the radiator hose, where the pulley had rubbed against, due to someone else not putting it on correctly, the amount was reasonable. The owner was very helpful & understanding & was honest, that nxt morning at around 9 i received a call from him, stating my truck was ready to be picked up. They did an outstanding job ? & I would definitely recommend them , to take care of your auto needs & get you back on the road ASAP. Having your alternator go out is never fun, but experiencing this 1500 miles from home & 2 days before Thanksgiving, sucks.
