If you have a 18 wheeler don’t call them they will over charge you. For 2 hours job they charge me $3000. Never again!!

Progressive used them for roadside assistance. Garcia Towing gave me an ETA of 300 minutes. You read that correctly, 5 HOURS. It was 100 degrees outside on that day. I was given the phone number for Daniel, a manager or owner actually. He didn’t take my call. He didn’t answer my text. I offered to give him $100 on top of whatever progressive was going to give him. I was literally baking in the sun on a county road with no shade. I had to call another towing company and paid when I had roadside assistance. I was towed 3 hours later by a different company. Oh, he then decided to call and text after the company had gotten my car towed to the dealership, because his driver couldn’t find my car, eliminating the possibility he wasn’t receiving my texts.
