In the mad dash to get stocked up on popcorn and ramen for Icemageddon 2.0, my mom’s Altima died in the parking lot. We tried all of YouTubes stock of How-Tos to fix this car, and nothing. So of course we called AAA because we are two women and cars are not our specialty, also because that’s what AAA is for. They told us an hour at first, like okay whatever in Texas time that converts to ‘real soon’. Then we waited, and AAA called an hour later and said 2 more hours, and I’m like nah. I’m wet, cold, hungry, and I could’ve walked home faster than 3 hours. ⭐️ So I found Damon’s on Google and sent a text because I’m an insufferable millennial and almost instantly heard back. He said they were available and not far away, and the price was very reasonable especially in the weather. Here’s where you can tell that Damon’s is client-oriented and actually cares, when we cancelled AAA, the business they were going to use finally found a second to call and ask why we would cancel? We told him we weren’t waiting the unreasonable wait time and found someone else, he acted surprised that he wasn’t the only tow service and only cared about us when he lost money. I would rather pay out of pocket every time for services if the company is respectful and honest than give money to companies who think they can disrespect customers and get away with it because they’re contracted. ⭐️ Damon’s is very professional, very friendly, skilled in handling vehicles and fast at hooking them up, answers their phones, has competitive pricing, and overall actually came when called instead of sitting around and wasting both of our time. I fully recommend this business, especially for this upcoming winter weather. ⭐️
