Only opens up at around 730 am Go-to inbound scale to weigh up, then circle around to the trailer for instructions. You will see a sign to pull up to. Go in trailer talk to person inside then they will assign you a door. Back up to dock then give forklift driver your paper work. After he has loaded it he will give it back to you. Go back to inbound scale and weigh up. If all checks out ok, go around to outbound scale near the trailer where you got the paper work and park on it. Get out and go back in the trailer with your paper work. The person inside will put a seal on the trailer then your all set. Sounds like a lot but it's a easy process. Fast loading also.

I’ve been with them for a total of about 20 years. I say total because we cut ties before. All in all they’ve done a good job but they have no idea what customer service is, and sad when that’s their business model. Probably like most of you I got a rate increase mine was 10%. I would really appreciate some notice ! So I decided to live with that when weekend before last the crew pulled up next to the cans and sat there for about five minutes and drove away ? I few days later I found out that now there’s a ONE can limit and will not pick up two, i asked how are we the customers to know ? I still waiting for that answer. Could that really be their limit ? Its just me and gramma and a lot of times we need two. We canceled our service, they said to leave the (one, the other one is mine) can with trash at the road and we will pick it up Wednesday. Now I couldn’t care less about that trash can but it makes you wonder. Monday someone emptied the one can with the contents of two; ) five days later the can is on the roadside.

People very nice and polite no doubt about loading time pretty normal 1 to 2hrs to load up so that's pretty normal . Majority of the in about 1 hrs you out of there.
