My son called around 640 pm, spoke to a woman & was told that a truck was coming within the hour. Then around an hr he called back and they said that they were just dispatching a tow. This time he spoke with a man and that price was gonna be $240 for less than 10 miles. At 835 pm I called and asked what was the hold up. They said that they were just now calling the tow to see how long it would take.When she called back she had the audacity to say there was no tow able to come. I said you had my son waiting for 2 hrs and you don't have a tow truck? Then you lied and told the male that the call wasn't dispatched until til 730pm but when I asked the original female, she stated that the call was dispatched at 640pm..... If there was no tow truck when he called at 640pm, then you should have said that and he would have paid somewhere else. And then to top it off, you guys didn't even call us we called you back but tried to make it seem differently. And you have the audacity to double the price because its night time. I will never use this tow truck again and I will be filing a complaint.... I domt know who the female that answered the phone was because we dealt with this company before but she lied and was unprofessional. and people tried to support your company. She thought because he sounded young that she could tell him anything but he always got a mother thats gonna research and follow-up on everything that sound crazy as hell. I hope everyone sees this too.
